Donations may be made in several ways, but in every case your donation should be marked for:

Class of 1962 Endowment Fund
To add or change your allotment you may either:
(A) Send an e-mail to psc-ras@hrsic.uscg.mil and advise them:
- You want to (add/change) your allotment
- The allotee name is U.S. Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association
- Your social security number and name/rank
- Month/Year of first deduction
(B) Send or fax a letter with the above information to:

(C) Download and mail the Retiree Allotment Authorization Form at
(D) Call the Personnel Service Center at 1-800-772-8724
Regardless of the method used, please also contact Captain John Maxham at the Alumni Association (see below) to designate your allotment for the "Class of 1962 Endowment Fund" and any other special designator such as support for a particular mural.
To donate directly to the Alumni Association you may either:
(A) Pay by check. Make your check payable to Class of 1962 Endowment Fund and send it to:

(B) Pay by credit card. Either:
- Use the secure website form at

- Your name and address
- Card type (Visa etc.) and number

- Amount of contribution.
